Patient presents today for follow-up with a history of BPH and rising PSA. Patient recently went to the emergency room and had imaging which indicated left renal fullness with a possible recently passed stone given he had distal ureter fullness. He did have some blood in his urine with blood clots at that time. Patient has a history of elevated PSA and previous MRI fusion biopsy for PI-RADS 3 lesion. He has a history of renal cell carcinoma. He underwent a robotic assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy of the left kidney for a 1.3 cm renal mass, clear cell type. PSA from November is stable at 3.9 ng/mL. Patient is currently asymptomatic. He did bring in his disc for me to review the images however I was unable to load them and will try again.
