Create a fictitious healthcare organization, or you may use an existing HCO. The organization can be any HCO to your liking.
Develop a balanced scorecard (BSC) for the selected HCO.
• The BSC must identify three metrics that will help enhance the HCO’s financial and operational performance.
• Discuss to what extent the improvements influenced financial and clinical outcomes and increased patient/client satisfaction.
• Identify and explain the advantages and disadvantages the BCS provides healthcare organizations and their leaders.
Responses should be:
• 600-650 words (2 – 2.5 pages in length)
• Must include the word count, excluding quotes from references, and the Grammarly Performance Score.
• In addition to the written discussion include a copy of your completed balanced scorecard template.
• The discussion must be typed, double
